I was wondering if this could work, set your alarm clock to 5-6 hours after you go to sleep on a soft radio station like jazz or classical, and have the volume set very low, and tell yourself if you hear music after I lay down I must be dreaming. I was wondering if this might be an easy technique for someone who hasnt had but a few lucid dreams and isnt to good at it?
I use to listen to audio books.
Sometimes, I can hear the audio books in my dreams. But unfortunately, I have never realised that I am dreaming with this method.

But hopefully, this method will help me one day.
