      Body parts involved in paralysis

Whenever I attempt a WILD, I think I'm going into sleep paralysis. Strange things happen.. such as my pelvis and penis shake very rapidly. Nothing else shakes and I feel I can still move everything. What is this? I usually get very uncomfortable after this and start to twitch. I don't really do it intentionally but it happens nonetheless. After this twitching I've lost all the sensations.

      Hey there,

Very likely it's just the sensations of your body going to sleep. It's something that happens to all of us, every time we go to sleep, but that we're not usually aware of. When we do pay attention to it it feels strange and sometimes a little scary, but there's no real danger.

Remember also that almost no one feels exactly the same as another. Some people report feeling numb, others feel themselves getting fully paralyses. Some feel tingles in part of their bodies, others feel as though their limbs are lying in strange positions when they're not. Some feel vibrations and shaking, some feel like they're floating, etc etc.

Anyways, good luck with your WILD attempts!
