tkdyo, the hallucinations you feel when WILDing can be rather strong and disturbing. If you do move upon them, however, you might have trouble to WILD again. If you really want to WILD again after ceasing your attempt, then spend soem time awake first.
WILDing before bed is possible. But the trouble with doing it is getting to the right mindset.
When you do WBTB, you will wake up in the right mindstate already; but if you don't, then some meditation or brainstorming will lead you there.
If, when you go to bed, you feel restless, then don't worry about WILD now: maintain all your thoughts, and brainstorm all you want, until you feel calm and restful (in a really "zen" state). Once at it, you're ready to WILD.
Ready, do the known WILD steps and your body will slowly get heavier and heavier. Do not move, but do not force you not to move either. You should be feeling so comfortable that you don't want to move. Forcing yourself to stay still will prevent you from moving on.
After going deeper in your WILD, the vibrations will come up. They will involve any kind of hallucination. Just watch them passively, and they will eventually end. When they do finish, your body will feel unusually numb: welcome to Sleep Paralysis.
Knowing the right time to move, once in Sleep Paralysis, takes trial and error. Notice, however, that you could be already in a dream. Try to move when you feel ready to. If you manage to move your body, then it is more likely that you did succeed in your attempt, and are actually moving your Dream Body, than otherwise. In any case, try a Reality Check after every WILD attempt, no matter if you think it was unsuccessful.
All said, best of luck on your next attempt
