      Wearing something to Sleep

Would wearing certain clothing to sleep help relize that you are sleeping?

ex. if I were to wear a wrist band to sleep and i never wear wrist bands

It could manifest itself in your dream, for example the wristband might be a snake around your wrist. If you'd focus on trying to recognize that, I suppose it could work. Not sure.
How I discover what my dreams are about

In my last lucid dream I made pink sparks between my palms. I was trying to make a white ball of energy...

In most cases, no, it wouldn't be a reliable source of lucidity. Sure, you may notice it's not there in some dreams, but eventually your subconscious will catch on to this new addition and include it in dreams.

The exception is a sleep mask. As you go to bed, remember that you are wearing a sleep mask, and if it comes off without you taking it off, you know it's a dream. This works because we are not blind in dreams! You cannot spend a dream in total darkness, I think.

So in the long-run, sleep mask would be the best for wearable checks.

Most of my lucid dreams have been in complete darkness, or blinding light. sucks right? YAH!

Hi, U could try wearing a digital watch to sleep and doing a check everytime U wake up. Get the one with back light...the green light usually appears in the dream and the numbers go crazy....

Try going nude and see if that makes a difference.
