      This method worked for me again this morning, the exact same way! This is an excellent sign, as I've never tried a method that worked 2 days in a row.

      ya this technique is the only one that works for me consistently. Be careful not to get too excited, now that it works for you because it will hype you up during the brief awakening. The key is to be relaxed and tired and everything else will take care of it self

      So yeah, if you've tried this technique, check out the poll I made. I'm really interested in this technique. It would be cool to see some easy-to-read info on how everyone is doing with this.

      today i slept around 1:45am and wake up around 8:30am , when i realised i am awake, mine eye remain closed and i start doing the imagination walking out from mine room to outside few times but still no ld happen.

      anything i have missed here ?

      This technique seems amazing. I remember my first ld was from something like this. I was trying WILD using visualization to keep my mind occupied. I felt like I was getting nowhere, so I decided to be done. I got up and realized I was in a dream. I think this will work for me. Thanks.
