It stands for object and scene induced wake induced lucid dream! I'll give it a shorter name as soon as I think of one. An important part in this excercize it the timing of switching scenes so that you don't get bored and let your mind drift. I tried it last night to slow, fell asleep, but I believe that if I give is a set number of breaths it will work continuosly. I have to find the number first, though. I'll work on it tomorrow night. Still needs fine tuning, but like I said, it really helps with vividness. |
