      WILDing method, need testers!

I want some people to test a version of WILDs: OASIWILD! I'm busy with Clarity's technique so try this out. It's a wild induced this way:

      Relax.
Imagine your hand in front of you, holding an object: Lets say an orange.
See an unfocused backround behind it.
Let the hand defocus and the back round focus.
      Examine the backround.
      Repeat!

This worked for me once, I want to see if others can perfect it. It has to become sort of mindless by the time you are ready to start dreaming. If the images are vivid it helps you have clear dreams, too.

      Please post how it worked!

      THanks a lot!

Also doubtful, might have to get into a very relaxed state via breathing first and then begin.

I'll give it a try tonight though

I'll test it too, and I'm quite optimistic about it. It could work very well for me, since looking at my hands is my favourite RC.

I'll give it a try, but I'm no good with WILDs. What does that stand for, though?

It stands for object and scene induced wake induced lucid dream! I'll give it a shorter name as soon as I think of one. An important part in this excercize it the timing of switching scenes so that you don't get bored and let your mind drift. I tried it last night to slow, fell asleep, but I believe that if I give is a set number of breaths it will work continuosly. I have to find the number first, though. I'll work on it tomorrow night. Still needs fine tuning, but like I said, it really helps with vividness.
Thank you, weelilhazel! WILDs are delicate things, they are hard, I have had two that have worked and over twenty that have not! But I am no good at DILDs, so WILDs are my only hope!
And thanks to everybody who will test it out!
