Nice. This thread is superb.. For me. it is a little to high to achieve. My visualisation is poor. If any at all. When i try SP stuff. There is no HI. I cannot concentrate on images, becouse i dont see them. Its pretty frustrating. Thats why I am doubting my ability to lucid dream often. Lots of tutorials begin with. Imagine yourself here... there... somewhere. But elementary imagery building is nowhere to find. Everyone assumes, we have the skill. But not everyone has it. |

I have a lot of trouble maintaining focus during visualization. I think that with patience, confidence and practice, any of us can achieve this though. A key part of visualization, I've realized from reading these forums, is to imagine what your senses would be experiencing if it were real.
