Congrats man. I always forget to RC but I might try and get back into doing it. I'll let you know if I DILD any time soon |

I've thought of trying this method, but I always forget to do enough RC's during a day. Now I think I should concentrate on it more as it seems to work really well. |

Very true. All lucid Dreams I have induced myself (no counting the countles spontanious LDs I had as a child) were DILDS caused by Reality Checks. |

Luminous Spacious Dream Masters That Holographically Communicate
among other teachers taught me
not to overestimate the Value of our Concrete Knowledge;"Common sense"/Rationality,
for doing so would make us Blind for the unimaginable, unparalleled Capacity of and Wisdom contained within our Felt Knowledge;Subconscious Intuition.
if you dont know why "reality check" is vital.. besides " it helps for wild dild mild ld ect. " then you have missed something really important.. |

RealityChecking, meditation, Q3 map making, cars, girls
Yep, it's one way to go for sure. I don't do them anymore, and just beleive my LD's will come, usually they do, but RC's certainly are a good way to begin your LD trials. |

Yup, reality checking sure is helpful. People don't realize how much it is needed in WILD. Without a good RC, you could forget you have entered a dream, or lose your WILD to a false awakening! |
