Had one last night. It helps to throught the day have a quick visual of it too every now and again. For example too:
Bend down in the visual and feel the grass, and then the bricks of your house.
Run your fingers along the bricks and across the gaps of mortar. See the dust
from the mortar fall and get blown away by the breeze.
Hear the kids playing 2 houses down. That odd car drive passed.
It really helps to do these sorts of things.
I splash my hands in the fountain water out the front. It seems so real.
