      Yess. Emotions. These can really help in real life. Often dreams tell us about our feelings more that thoughts.
      As from what I read. You mention them often. Do they help you in process of recalling? Or at least at the beginning?
      I'd say I get leads from emotions just about as much as I get them from other things. Those leads are usually because I'm currently feeling the emotion however. That means, when I connect it into my dream, its really nice because I know why i'm feeling that emotion
      We get distracted often. I know it from my own experience. How does your distraction feel like? Why do you think it comes? {silly questions I know, but still ... you can never know, if two people percieve the same way} And one more. What do you do, If you want to prevent distraction? {if possible}
      My distraction is usually falling into some random dream when i'm lying there quietly. If I really want to focus on a single dream, I sit up and rest against the wall =)

      So if i understand well. It is often better to leave the bed and go somewhere, where i cant fall asleep but where i find it confortable to contemplate about a dream?
      From my own experience it is often better to leave the bed, and even the room, becouse i fall asleep too fast when in bed.. And after that. It is nothing out of recall.
      Still. Some work has to be done in bed. I have to find at least one idea about the dream, at least one thing about it to fix on it and to anchor it before I leave the bed. And then... Lets have a party recalling in different room.

      But... Nothing is as good as it seems at first.
      I fall asleep often when trying to recall even the first memmory.

      or... {even worse}

      I forget about the memmory while moving away from bed {and thats bad}

      It seems that dream erasers are working even when we wake up.

      Questions>>
      Leave the bed , or not to leave?
      How to stay focused on dream memmory? Anchor it first?

      I don't normally leave the bed. Like I said, I just sit up.

      Sorry I misinterpreted what was written. As for me, it is impossible just to sit, becouse i have such a bed which doesnt allow it {two floor bed}.

      Thanx for responses. Other suggestios?
