Honestly, my dream recall is garbage. Ive been trying to make it better by keeping a journal. But usually, i almost never remember my dreams. So i end up not writing anything down. I wake up and instantly forget my dream. |

ah I used to have this problem with moving and forgetting my dreams. What I do is keep a note pad by my bed and as soon as I wake I compose it in my mind before moving then in the dark with my eyes closed I write down all I can remember.....its messy but it works for me |

right if the written DJ is not working out for you why dont you try using a Dictaphone? keep it under your pillow then as soon as you wake quickly take a second to record atleast the key facts about the dream. |

Without recall, you could even be having lucids and not remembering them. They are as easy to forget as regular dreams--so good recall is absolutely critical. |
