Also it sounds like you're stressed, we all feel it occasionally, but apparently stress is one of the biggest factors is messing up your LD attempts as well as Dream Recall, try some meditation or something.
I dont turn on the lights. I dont even stay up for more than 10 mins. I get up to the alarm, use the restroom, get a drink of water and go back to bed.
As for stress, your probably right on that one. Not only do i feel like , but i want to take a hummer, and drive it into 50 walls.
