As I deeply relax and have my body asleep, I vacilate between keeping a thought in my head to keep me conscious and doing something like following my breath and disolving my thoughts. When I follow my breath and let go of my thoughts is seems like another mind or another part of my brain takes over and leads me down a totally different path of dreams. If I can both follow this dream path and stay aware (all at the same time) I go into the vibrations that take me out of the physical into the energetic. If I just follow the dream path I forget about being conscious and flip into the dream world and may or may not remember it. |

"Our greatest glory is not in never failing, but in rising up every time we fail.."
- Ralph Emerson
Yesterday night i wrote a topic about Sleep paralysis and lots of aspects of it. Now as i reread this topic, I found out i was telling the same in another words. I am starting to think, there must be one right way, how to get into the dream consciously. |
