I could not sleep so I decided to WILD at 2am, about 20 minutes after SP I accidentally stopped paying attention to my physical body and stopped focusing on anything.

Then I entered a dream, realized I was dreaming, started paying attention to my body again, then the dream ended (1-2 seconds in total).

I quickly realized I got into the dream because I stopped focusing on my physical body, and I kept doing it.

I got about 24 lucid dreams lasting 1-2 seconds, and each one ended with me thinking about my physical body.

How do I practice focusing on nothing and forgetting I am there?
