A regular Lucid Dreamer reveals his tech

Hi im new to forum but ive always had an interest in lucid dreaming.

Basicaly ive found a few techniques that work well for me and i can pretty much ludic dream everyday if i chose too.

      1. Most Lucid dreams i create are by simply waking up in the morning and changing beds and going back to sleep. i have a nearly 100% success rate.

      2. By often telling yourself that you are going to have a lucid dream before you go to sleep is another tech i use, bascialy by telling myself im goign to have one when i start dreaming because this thought is in my memory i can often snap myself out of a regualr dream and take over it because my mind remeber that ive been telling myself to lucid dream.

      3. draw somthing on ya hand and keep checking it, this is similar to tech 2 but with a visual representation, if you keep checking ya hand for say a cross when yuor in a dream sometimes you will do this and when you look at ya hand and see no mark it can triger your real mind because you dont see the mark and it is enough to wake you inside ya dreamign state.

      4. ok this sounds new agish, but i read once that crystals helped, so once i was at the local markets and bought some crappy quatz crystals, anyway i use to put one or two under my pillow and i realy think i had a 100% strike rate with this tech, though it could just be a placebo effect it did work for me.

      5. remind yourself to try read somthign in a dream, when you read somthign twice youl often notice it has changed and this can trigger you to lucid dream.

Now heres the killer, i cant hold my lucid dreams for too long but boy do i make the most out of it, ive read by others who can lucid dream that they have the same problem ive tried rubbing my hands together whilst in a lucid dream to try keep it goign but infact i think trying to stay in the lucid dream makes it worse and wakes you up faster.

So heres my big tip for you readers, basicaly dont try too hard to lucid dream or remind yourself your in one, get to the point where you know ya in a dream and then just go with the flow, your dream should turn into somthing of its own, aka like a normal dream, the only difference is you can now fly at will and do other cool things. By not focusing on trying to hold a lucid dream you will nfact hold the dream for longer. Anyway if people have a real tech of how to keep ya lucid dream goign longer please reply and ill give it a shot or provide soem feedback.

This is a real post so please take it seriously and if you want to lucid dream i highly recommend you try what ive suggested, its worked well and ive spent mannnnnny years perfecting this.

and on a lastnote, ive also taught myself how to escape nightmares, ive developed the ability to open my eyes at will and snap myself out of dreams whenever i want, I taught myself this when i was a boy when id have OBE kind of dreams that would scare the shit out of me.

anyway now this is a rant,, just follow my steps and let me know.

      Regards

      Ruff

lastly, there is alot of fake tech's out there, i can tell you that keeping yourself awke as logn as possiable but letting your body fall asleep is fake.
Dont even bother trying this imo.

these have all been introduced before. They are your technique. And what works for one may not work for another. I know for a fact that number 1 doesnt work for me.

I wouldnt use as strong words as u used, still the same goes for all absolute ideas formulated here. Hmm. Maybe he has got some reason to call WILDs fake. Would be find if we found the answer to this question before we make any judgement.

I think U mean WILD? IMO there is no standard way of getting lucid dreams...it always changes because the mind changes. One tech may work for a while or even once and the next time U use it the 'magic' is gone as for my case..I had used up more than several 'methods' to have them....like disposable gloves. But I disagree that U say WILD if that's what Ur refering to as fake..I did have my close call with a WILD..U just gotta catch the moment when Ur mind turns itself off like a light switch. U will notice as Ur counting that U suddenly loose conciousness and begin seeing the dream...tricky but not fake...

See, this is what I mean about contradictory information. Your original post was a good one, but this one is crap. I read Jeff777's thread and at least half a dozen people are having great success with tricking their body into falling asleep. I'm having very modest success.
In dreams of unspeakable joy—of restored friendships; of revived embraces; of love which said it had never died; of faces that had vanished long ago, yet said with smiling lips that they knew nothing of the grave; of pardons implored, and granted with such bursting floods of love, that I was almost glad I had sinned—thus I passed through this wondrous twilight. —George MacDonald

I can assure that WILDs are real. I used to have them by accident when I used to stay up for a long time, and then pass out (if you would call those WILDs). Of course, I didn't even know what a LD was then, so I just woke myself up. I have no reason to lie, and I don't care if you believe me.
