      Help!!

      Does anyone know of a technique to self-induce a lucid dream. I mean before going to sleep, I want to go from laying in my bed to a Lucid Dream. I can self-induce SP but i cant actually go into a dream. Any help would be appreciated.

      That's what a Wake Induced Lucid Dream is. (WILD)

      Check the tutorial section of dreamviews for the many WILD tutorials. I know from personal experience that the transition from SP to the lucid dream is the hardest. I'm sure there are many here who can give you better suggestions than I.

      Are you sure you want to do it before going to sleep?
      You will find it much easier if you tried after being aslepp.

      Is it possible to go through sleep paralysis before you go to sleep??? Would it be as affect as a regular WILD?
