1. People say it helps to WILD after a few hours of sleep because its closer to the REM stage. This could also be why you lay there for 50 minutes, because you weren't close enough to REM. It'll take a bit of fooling around to get you're timing right(mine's 3-4 hours) Being tired helps, and the time before SP varies.
2. Ive gotten to the falling sensation, and I think it means you're close
3. You can't move in SP, but some people never get it so you can WILD without going through it.
4. If you lie still, you should eventually feel a strong sensation to move. Ignore this because it's your bodies way of checking if you're asleep. Thats as far as I've gotten, but people say when an image comes to mind, try stepping into it, or try "rolling" out of your body and get a false awakening
