      is this mandatory? i dont really think i ever WILDed not on my back..

      If you have trouble staying awake during a WILD (as in, you unintentionally drift off before entering a dream), laying on your back is an option.

      If you are too restless during a WILD, sleep in the position you most easily fall asleep in.
