      could this be a better wbtb?

      last night i went to sleep at about 5.30 a.m, i had to wake up in 8.30 so thats what i did, i didnt have time for DR cos i had to go to school, i got back to sleep at about 13.30 thats after sleeping for 3 hours and when going to sleep i was very much awake, i knew i hadd to sleep, but i didnt feel very tired.. what happend was amazing, wilds and vividness and alot of cool stuff going around in the next four hours or so..
      it happend every time im doing this while able of not becoming very tired after like 3 hours of sleep.. cos my mind is ready and still sharp but cos it knows it has to sleep it SP itself and send it dreaming pretty fast..
      thats it, what do u think?

      While you say you felt wide awake, I have a feeling if you do this behaviour consitantly, you'll find you will hit the wall and become dead tired unless you maintain contiguous sleep patterns (that is, sleeping all at one time).

      There have been numerous "better sleep cycle" ideas over the years, many of them with sleep intervals similar to your own, but none ever prove to be effective in the long run (they always create a sleep deficit one way or another). Sleep also replenishes seratonin levels in the brain, and if you don't get enough of it, all sorts of nastiness can happen, like depression and eventually psychotic episodes (thats at the extremes, though).

      I think you are searching for one special case of WBTB. But be aware, that brain constantly does its best to compensate against your attempts. Do it three times and you will find out.
