I WBTB, and I probably get lucid 100% more than a normal DILD night, but all I really do is get up, do some RCs, and go back to sleep. I think that I could do much better. |

Stabilization techniques can vary. What I usually do is take a deep breath and look around my environment, noticing details I would've otherwise overlooked. I then listen for motorous hums and chatter that I've tuned out. I may also rub my hands. If done correctly, it works wonders in dreams. |

I write down my dreams and then read stuff on lucid dreaming from this site. I'm more likely to dream of lucid dreaming after going back to bed, and also more likely to have false awakenings. |
