Whats your way, how to achieve clear - dream saturated mind?

You pretty know the situation. Your mind is foggy. You feel like if your brain was really tired, it cannot think good. The recall is not consistent and so....

Do you have some tips to achieve clear mind before performing any techniques ?

There are many things you can do. The first step is understanding before you go to sleep that any limitations only exist in your mind.

My personal trick is looking around at objects IRL and knowing that they will be just as detailed in the dream. I try to do this all the time, but I always do it before sleep. Since I started doing this my recall, vividness and control have all increased.
I had a strange dream last night...

Jazz especially, because it's unpredictable. Other music can get stuck in your head, with a repetitive melody especially. Classical works well too. Although I like to listen to jazz more, I still get jazz stuck in my head.

Try vitamin B-6, that works for me sometimes.

      100-200mg

Interesting. i will give it a try. That seems to be pretty a nice preparation, which moves you into a different state of mind.

Also thanx for this advice. But I would better not try any supplements if not fully necessary. it is said that 2mg is what mind needs during day. So I will better not try.

Haha if you're like me even the improvised solos can get stuck in the head

I like to visualize as I'm falling asleep. I haven't had a lucid yet but I think it helps me have more vivid dreams.

Coke works great for me, but it may make some people restless.

But otherwise I'd suggest skipping the day and doing it at your best time.
