Success comes to those who are not afraid of failing.
I have definitely noticed an increase in dream vividness on my work out nights. Anyone else care to check this? If you work out on the same days each week, compare your DJ entries. |

Well for the passed 2 days I have had baseball practice from 7 to 9. I fell asleep at 10. I haven't recalled a full dream those passed days. But I was thinking, because my body was so worn out I could get into SP real fast because my muscles are all sore and stuff, they would want to start regenerating right away. But sadly I haven't woken up for WBTB any of the nights. |

On Wikipedia, it says that intense physical activity helps with lucidity. |

I weight train very intensely in the mornings. Since I tend to get up earlier on these days and expend a lot of energy, I sleep more soundly on those evenings. |

well the last night which was the 2nd day i exorcised i remembered 2 dreams (or 1 long mushy one) and had 1 lucid which i woke up from straight away. My record so far but not sure if it has anything to do with getting lucid or anything, although the dreams were really really vivid. |
