      Cool Lucid Illiterate. =_=

      Ohayou.

Ah, it has been a long while since I have posted on here. Sorry for the absence, but life happens sometimes. But that does not mean that I have given up on this possibility. In fact, I have been trying really friggin' hard!

So far I have only been able to become lucid twice since I joined, and only to the point of knowing that I was dreaming. In one dream I actually acknowledged that I had dreamt it once before, but no one would believe me. D= Everyone would have lived better, but no~

To the point, I am asking for a little more guidance. I have tried my share of each method that has been explained on here, but I feel as if I am somehow doing it wrong. I am particularly interested in the MILD method, so if someone were to try and explain it a different way to me maybe I could get it right. Or it could possibly be my own worry that is keeping me from attaining frequent lucidity.

      Suggestions?

Wow! Two lucids in one month? Great job! =D

MILD is what I've been using, when I feel I'm in a good enough mood to try it. Basically, you think about your last dream (if you remember it), and point out all the times you should've become lucid. Make a mental note to become lucid if it happens again. I'd recommend trying this at least five hours into the night. Also, practice reality checks. A lot. Practice how aware you want to be in a dream by practicing while waking, and it will have a good chance of leaking into your next dream. =D

Thanks. For some reason that helped a bit more. Maybe it was because it was coming straight to me from a fellow dreamer. :3
I will try it again tonight, seeing as I have been taking a break. Maybe it is the stress from daily life that is making me fall a bit short. D:
