I have figured out how to goto bed doing WILD, and maintain conscienceness into deep sleep and stay conscience.
Although, I have never gotten a lucid dream from doing this, I have successfully been conscience for 2 hours after going to bed.
I use this now for WBTB WILDS too.
Here is my working method:
1.) While falling asleep, count and imagine the numbers as you see them. But count up and down randomly.
For example... You would count 1,2,3,4,5,6,5,4,3,4,5,6,7,6,5,6,7,8,9,8,7
I usually go up like 7 numbers, go down 3, then continue up to say 10.
Eventually I am near 100, and my body is asleep.
This really takes much more concentration then just counting up continually, and seems to work better.
