I H8 Reality, I cannot thank you enough for developing this technique!! I tried it last night and it worked far better then anything I have tried before. It was increadably easy and fast to enter my LD, I had a dream guide for the first time (in the form of an African tribal shaman), and I flew for the first time in my LD. This is a great techniques and you should try to get it put in the Turtorials section (anlong with some cool -ILD ending of course!!! )
