Lucid Dreams : 20-30
200mg of B6 kept me up all night and gave me a migraine. I would start lower then that. IMHO, at 300mg you're getting awful close to where there have been reports of brain damage. |

I have a pill I take occasionally which gives me fantastic lucids, but as someone said, taken daily you build up an immunity. So I kind of reserve it for when I want to have a really great lucid experience. It uses 100mg hydroxytryptophan, 100mg valerian root extract and 10mg B6. I'm a natural, but this stuff really gives me far better lucids. |
