So, I've always been a poor sleeper, and since trying for lucid dreams I'm finding this really frustrating. 6 mg of melatonin really doesn't help me sleep at all... I'm wondering, is there anyone out there who has trouble sleeping/ falling asleep who was able to WILD? (DILD is hard for me, since I usually have 1-3 regular dreams a night, I often forget to do RD in dreams. ><) I want to try it, but if on an average night I lay there feeling very awake for any where form 1 to 3 hours (some nights much longer ><), should I even bother? |
