Incorporate it into your "daydream" used during WILD, but if it becomes problematic, I would talk to a doctor. It may be some sleep apnya starting up, but don't quote me. And yes, you can develope it. My cousin joined the U.S. Marines, and developed sleep apnya. If you are really scared, just ask a doctor or health care person, but chances are you are fine. Just tell yourself "My breathing is fine, it is natural". Autosuggestion does wonders whenever you are WILDing, or any time you have a LD. |
