LD Count
1 almost using WILD
The best is dream rehearsal. You construct a dream sequence like for example everytime you walk past a door you do a check and 'pretend' that it tells you you are dreaming and you do the thing you planned. If it's flying then you run to the window and it stops there but it has to be done with intent. You don't have to keep doing the thing, just when you feel the urge to do or until you are familiar with it like you already know exactly what to do and expect. Then before you sleep do one more and run it in your head until you fall sleep. It's actually VILD but in physical form which I think helps if you are not good at visualization. |

I have a fairly easy one that scored about 3 LD's for me this morning. |

Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.
I cannot honestly say "Yeah, this is the best method for you" without lying. Everybody is different. I would reccommend the reality check technique, its the most natural IMO, and easiest. |

I have never done any other technique other than being a natural, and reality checks. But I have the craziest, longest, funnest, LD's. I have LOTS of LD's so many its pretty much boring now. I can stay in them as long as I want, too. I was having lots of fun in an LD I remember(flying around, using my powers to shoot flames at people, etc |

In all the time I've spent reading and practicing the MILD technique has helped me out the best. Basically telling yourself that you are going to remember your dreams, or that you will wake up after every dream, or that you will become lucid in your next dream etc.. etc.. If you say it enough it will happen... My testament to this is that I haven't practiced lucid dreaming in the past 2-3 months and had virtually 0 dream recall during that time. 4 days ago I started back up and told myself a few simple statements when going to sleep and in the past 4 days I've remembered a minimum of 4 dreams each night, 2 very close Wild's (hit SP) and 1 LD. Ontop of that my body has woken up after every single dream I've had (many of which I've failed to write down) and on one night it woke me up before my alarm clock which was set for 5 hours after bed. So in my 4+ years and countless lucids later Mild'ing has help me the most looking back on it. |
