      Yep. Every time I get SP the natural course is to LD. That is, if I don't do anything I'll LD within a minute or so. And yes, they are vivid, highly conscious lucids. Almost always nightmares.

      Although you're theory might be right. I may always enter SP when my body's ready to dream (even if it is at the beginning of the night). Anyone have difficulty getting past SP when doing WBTB?
