I keep seeing posts with people asking "What do I do during SP? How do I enter a dream?" And I don't understand because when I'm in SP I have two choices: wake up or LD. I couldn't stay in SP if I wanted to or transition into a non-lucid. |

I had difficulty LDing from SP, but I'm not sure that what I experienced was SP.
I had difficulty LDing from SP because I'd wake up during SP within a few minutes.
My SP was usually followed by regular non-lucid sleep/dreams.
I had difficulty getting past SP. I've had difficulty LDing from SP at the beginning of the night.
I had difficulty getting past SP. I've had difficulty LDing from SP after doing WBTB.
I had difficulty getting past SP. I've had difficulty LDing from SP when napping.
I had difficulty getting past SP. This happened anytime I tried to LD from SP.
I've "woken up" to find myself in SP and had difficulty LDing from there.
I've always LDed following SP as long as I don't wake myself up intentionally.
