Tell me about it, once I was dreaming I was in a class that was talking about lucid dreaming, the teacher was going round the class asking everyone for their lucid experiences and I was telling them some of mine and tips for how you can realise you are dreaming! I didn't of course though. I wonder how I can ever get lucid if a huge hint like that doesn't make it happen! I have had many though, going through a bit of a dryspell at the moment though it seems
I have noticed that in a lot of my lucids it's like I have a one-track mind. In real life I have loads of things I want to try out in a lucid, but once I get lucid my mind seems to be only focused on one task unless I think hard about the other things I want to do.
Anyway advice, well I would say the best way would be to just do reality checks anytime you see anything unusual and anytime anyone talks about dreaming etc and hopefully it will carry over to your dreams. I rarely heed my own advice though which is probably why I'm having a dryspell right now.
P.s- Reality check now!
