If you use a mantra as an anchor, I guess it would be helpful to use one like this: |
|
How long is a WILD supposed to take? I tried for about an hour this morning, and all I got was a bit of numbness. |
|
I would say. It takes a lot of time for some and some people manage to do it the first night they try it. |

i gota say wow, the diagram is great. you can easily see the process and see were your at and were you screwed up. one thing I've noticed is at one point a little bit after the mild numbness and vibration my mind goes whacked, my thoughts dont make sense, somethings i just listen to myself think becuase its crazy. example " hees.. shooting mars.., whhy we go theere?" in my mind its all very sleeply like. what stage do you think this is in? possibly its just nonsense. |

I didnt explicitly give this a place in diagram, but this can manifest itself in any part of graph. If you are pretty tired, you may zone out when doing attention switch. If not as tired it may come when REM creative inertia sets fully in. Generally this kind of phaenomena is more present in later parts of process and is a sign that your brain is starting to play with memmory and constructing something new. |
