Thread: Counting Sheep- Good for WILD?

well first of all i know from personal experience and study that counting ANYTHING will help with lucidity!
my personal technique involves singing and counting, seeing as how singing stimulates half of the brain and counting stimulates the other.
Now, the difference is..
you're thinking about sheep, so most likely you'll induce lucidity with a dream about sheep or wool or something of that sort!
let me know what really happens haha
