this might sound a little dumb, but i was just wondering what is the point of having good dream recall? is it only good for when you want to have DILDs? i just started thinking about this and i am drawing a blank. could someone please tell me what is so important about having good recall? |

For all you know, you are a natural lucid dreamer, but can't remember them. Maybe you have had lucid dreams in the past, but can't remember them happening. |

Recall helps with everything. As it improves, the detail and length of dreams remembered will increase, giving you more time to become lucid and more experience with the "dream feeling." Besides, it's fun to remember some really wacky dreams every now and then. |

Recall also familiarizes you with the 'feeling' of dreaming, which can be immensely useful. |
