I'll volunteer for this study, just on weekends and time off until I become used to the sleeping schedule. I know this isn't in the list, but it might be good to add a bit on using this technique occasionally to the final results. |

I'm down to give it a go! |

I wasn't able to download the mp3 due to internet issues, so I set my phone's alarms to approximately the times posted. I was unable to fall asleep after the first alarm, which threw off the timing for subsequent ones. I did not have a lucid dream, but it is probably best to throw out these results if you only want data if the person falls asleep on time. |

This experiment is cancelled, sorry |

The method and the program work (I had plenty of lucid dreams with it,) but I've determined that it wasn't working the way that I thought it was. I don't think it's the moving in and out of consciousness that causes ease of DEILDing, it's the affirmation that you want to so close to the attempt. I currently can't find a way to determine if it's the closing in on the conscious barrier or the time frame of the affirmation. |
