      I'll volunteer for this study, just on weekends and time off until I become used to the sleeping schedule. I know this isn't in the list, but it might be good to add a bit on using this technique occasionally to the final results.

      * Lucid dream count - 3
      * WILD (or any derivative) count - 0
      * DILD (or any derivative) count - 3
      * Current lucid dream rate (# / month) - 0
      * Current WILD rate (# / month) - 0
      * Current DILD rate (# / month) - 0
      * Any lucid aids being take (B6 / melatonin...) - Apple Juice on occasion
      * Gender - Male

      I'm down to give it a go!

      I'm not getting a job until next month, so I have all the time in the world. And I've been interested in trying new techniques.

      Night of Saturday, 9/27

      I wasn't able to download the mp3 due to internet issues, so I set my phone's alarms to approximately the times posted. I was unable to fall asleep after the first alarm, which threw off the timing for subsequent ones. I did not have a lucid dream, but it is probably best to throw out these results if you only want data if the person falls asleep on time.

      Does the method not work or the computer program?

      I try this now and then with my cell phone attached to my hand.. I need to work to focus each time I wake up though.

      The method and the program work (I had plenty of lucid dreams with it,) but I've determined that it wasn't working the way that I thought it was. I don't think it's the moving in and out of consciousness that causes ease of DEILDing, it's the affirmation that you want to so close to the attempt. I currently can't find a way to determine if it's the closing in on the conscious barrier or the time frame of the affirmation.

      The only way that I could think of doing that would be measuring brain activity with an EEG machine and DV doesn't have access to those
