I've been struggling with WILDS too.
I'm now quite familiar with ignoring the itches etc and getting the hot tingles up my body and just lying there not moving.
But I just end up staring into black space. I'm so bored counting backwards from 100.The time flies by too, so clearly im in some kind of altered state.
I tried WBTB instead, but just ended up like a wild. Staring at black.
The last one I tried to visualise walking down stairs. At every floor I looked at the sign.
I visualised it, I ran my mental hands across it, feeling the shape of the number.
Then down another flight telling myself heavier, heavier you're getting heavier. Fifty flights, and nothing!
I don't know, maybe I just need to let my self fall asleep and start counting my breaths at the tipping point.
But that seems like a risky proposition.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
