After a while my body began to feel really heavy, it felt so heavy that it was almost painful (i don't know if this has happened to anyone else), well, my problem is that I cannot get passed that point. This happens to me everytime I try to WILD. Last night I spent almost 30 minutes counting my breaths, feeling heavy and waiting for something else to happen until I just gave up. What am I doing wrong? What should I do once my body starts feeling heavy....should I just keep waiting?

1) Go to sleep at 10:00 pm.
2) Wake up at 5:00 am
This change in time will reset your biorythm better than the 12am-6am and thus will extend your REM phrase after 5:00 am...you will get extra boost of growth hormone and serotonin.
3) Bring your attention down to your stomach. Feel your abdomen expand and contract or feel your stomach touching your cloth as you count your breath. The point is to bring your attention DOWN. Feeling heavy in your body is the symptom of having your attention way too much on top and infront of your head.
4) Hopefully while you are counting you will black out for a few seconds and the...............................well, I'll let you experience that for yourself....and don't forget to post your experience so we can congratulate you.

Good luck,
