BaKo, I've never heard of that but it will be interesting to read your results! |

Hey. I read somewhere that by screaming out in your dream "I will have a lucid dream every night", it may work and you may actually become lucid every night. I'm guessing this is because you are more connected to your subconscious in the dream state. Has anyone tried this and verified it to be true? I had an LD last night, and screamed that out with two others ones I made up (I will realize I am dreaming every night, and every dream I have will be lucid), so I'll post my results tonight tomorow |

Sounds like an auto-suggestion technique. It can be done in waking life too, but it might be more effective in dreams. Good luck with it |

Staying awake to chase a dream...
... I believe you made this up (or heard a rumor). If you "read it somewhere," and that source was reliable, then it would be verified already. Sorry, that was a nitpick. Here's a constructive suggestion: |

Yeah I definitely could see how that would work. I'm not calling BS till I do it. |

TAKE THAT ABRA! |

This is a great idea; sadly, it has never occurred to me to try and program my mind while I am actually in a lucid dream. I usually just go right to exploration or flying around. |

I don't think it would be so reliable as to ensure you a lucid every night. But I think it would be a good autosuggestion technique |
