      Just in response to this; here is the original MP3 file I am sure you are talking about in case you or the original poster were looking for it. It is part of a small series of reinforcements and I will add all 10 mp3's to a .rar and upload it if you want the whole set. Not sure how long it will remain on filefront but feel free to whisper me and I can email anybody the files if the link becomes broken.

      MSUPokerGod, you don't need to listen to all the files since you are only awake for 20 secs; but I would suggest anything from Belief Builder through the Am I Dreaming Loops would be beneficial to you; so just try things out and see how it goes. You can also listen to some of these BEFORE you go to bed just as some positive reinforcement like the person above mentioned. I personally listen to files 3-10 when I use this series; but 1-3 wouldn't hurt.

      01. Brainwave Intro (1:52) - Explains Hemi-Sync briefly.
      02. Lucid Dreaming Intro (2:31) - Explains Lucid Dreaming with some general tips including how important subconscious desires and goals are.
      03. Belief Builder (3:05) - Good stuff starts here; auto-suggestion and positive reinforcement reminds you whats possible.
      04. Wave of Relaxation (3:11) - Title says it all; guides you through a speedy relaxation.
      05. Trance Induction (8:09) - Guidance into deeper relaxation, clearing thoughts etc as you slip into Hypnagogia.
      06. Mix Ear Mind Awake/Body Asleep 1 (4:25) - Offset reinforcements in each ear. It is very very effective when you are in a deep state of relaxation imo.
      07. Mix Ear Mind Awake/Body Asleep 2 (6:10) - Same as above although there is a much more abstract feel to this. You'll understand when you hear it. The tangible reinforcements are often replaced by subconscious ones
      08. Lucid Induction Mantra (4:41) - "The next time I am dreaming I will realize I am dreaming.. Am I dreaming?.. Is this a dream?" etc; this is what 'priestofmyownchurch' was talking about.
      09. Am I Dreaming Loop 1 (5:25) - Same as above; but it gradually slips off to a much more passive kind of questioning which you can barely hear.
      10. Am I Dreaming Loop 2 (2:17) - Asks a final time with a much deeper and more powerful voice in case you overlooked the less obtrusive suggestions; followed by a minute or two of silence. (Which is there on purpose so there is a gap between playback when I loop the whole series while going to bed.. so that the first one doesn't start immediately after and jolt me out of a lucid if I slip through.)
