Let me rephrase:
After waking up 5 to 6 hours from your sleep. Stay awake for at least 30 minutes to an hour- which ever you prefer. Now go back to bed and lay completely still. Try to keep your mind awake, meaning- don't daydream or you'll fall asleep unconsciously. Keep your attention on your body. It will slowly fall asleep and you'll notice you are close to entering SP due to the heavy sensations. Last but not least, you are lucid in your dream and you can now go do your crazy stuff.
