      Closing your eyes

      As I've started lucid dreaming, there is one flaw that always seems to follow me. I can't help it, at some point I will close my eyes even if only for a brief second (like a blink) and it will wake me up.

      Does anyone know any methods that are good for combating this problem? Stability is good... Focus is fairly well... Able to control the dream...
      But suddenly *blink* and BAM, its over. Luckily I can normally chain back into it but it is still very annoying --;

      So again, methods or defence against blinking/closing eyes anyone?

      well im not entirely sure if this will work, but when you are goint to sleep, use autosugestion, tell yourself that you wont blink, then hopfully you will remember not to blink, but i cant think on any way to stop the actual problem im afraid

      this is exactly my problem... I once passed through a wall in an obe and that blackness woke me up...
      about the blinking, if you imagine you have eyes off glass you will blink but still see/ maybe it works.
