      Bedtime lucidity

What's the earliest in your sleep cycle anyones been able to LD? Has anyone here ever begun LDing soon after going to sleep?

I've never found it possible through hypnagogic focusing etc.. I usually have them later on in the night, or in the morning WBTB style.

one time i became lucid straight away, but i must have been a bit awake becase i cud feel my real body and it moving every time i moved my arms, e.g. doing the pinch nose RC so my real hand pinched my nose aswel as my dream one, so i had to wake myself up and go back into dream(i got lucid again by luck, but dont know how soon)

I have been able to lucid a couple of times immediately or almost immediately after going to sleep; I did so last night in fact. However, whenever I do so my dreams tend not to be very vivid and do not last very long, unfortunately.

every time I go to bed I always close my eyes and I see HH... like instantly.. after 5 mins I even begin to see images.... soooo I Guess I could if I tried to WILD when I go to bed right?
Oh this morning I woke up felling that I was stuck in my bed, and it felt that I was 20 feet in my bed.. I Geuss I just woke up in a dream then? but well I wasent seeing anything.. only black... soooo my experience is that I usually experience HH before I go to bed.. and sometimes when I wake up in the morning.. I Hope that somewhat anserwed your question..

I have WILDs that can start anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes after I lay
down. 2 or 3 times a month or even more sometimes.
