Yep, you are definitely progressing towards lucid dreaming. A good idea for you would be to have a simple, but precise plan of what you are going to do next time you realise you are dreaming. That will give you something to focus on which helps keep you in the dream. It is lethal to just stand there thinking "wow I'm dreaming!". You'll wake up super fast that way. Interacting with the dream environment is a very helpful way to prevent waking up. An example would be to immediately perform a simple RC such as looking at your hand or the nose pinch test and then find some solid object to put your arm through. Practise these actions during the day so that you are used to doing them and they come naturally to you. |

I actually have had lucid dreams before, I was just working towards inducing them. Because I didn't know how to ground them, all but one have faded within 30 seconds, and I think the longest one was around 3 minutes. |
