When I spun in a circle in my LD I d last night, I always heard a Loud explosion and a big flash of bright light after I was done. And it was so easy to spin! and I spun really fast, is this a good sign? Also when I Rubbed my hands together, It felt ridiculously real! And yeah it was amazing, It did increase clarity, and made my dreams alot longer! I Only woke up when I Tried to have sex! |

The best way to increase your success right of course is to have more scenarios where you could go lucid giving your more chances to practice. |

Everything in you dreams requires your attention to exist. When people become lucid, often the first instinct is to focus your attention inwards, thinking about lucidity, what it means, and what you could/should do. |
I read that focusing on even the nothing that surrounds you can keep you lucid and dreaming as long as you think of it as an aspect of dreaming rather than an aspect of waking. |
Spinning works for me. Focusing on a single object seems to make me wake up. |
I have had so very many lucid dreams like the one you described and I can tell you that I still get them alongside some quite vivid ones. All I can tell you is that your brain won't always be cooperative... I've had dreams where I did reality checks with numbers and they didn't change 3 times in a row, leaving me in a non-lucid state during a nightmare! |
