      autosuggestion question

when i do autosuggestion, quite often i forget that i am saying it, i dont realise that im saying these things, but the =n i reaslise again that im speaking to myself.

i was wondering if you need to be completely focused on the autosuggestion, or can you drift off, but still be saying it to yourself(if you know what i mean, im not very good at descriptions).

Could you explain in greater detail? Just keep telling yourself your message and pay attention to it. Thats it.
