      Dream Re-Entry a natural thing?

I made a post like this one a while back but I would like to get into deeper discussion on what dream re-entry is and how to succesfully pull a few re-entries off. I've noticed that when I become lucid and lose lucidity, I re enter in the exact same spot with some lucidity. It's cool and all but they're usually short. Is this a natural thing to be able to come back in to the exact same dream a few times. Sorry for writing so much guys. I just drank a Gatorade.

I can't say myself if this is natural, though I think so. I've never returned to the same place in the lucid dreams I've had, they appear to be spread out over vast different places with different experiences. I have been to the same place in other dreams on many occasions, even though the landscape changes. If you can return to the same place it sounds like you are able to pinpoint within that intellectual fortress of your mind the same doors in to the same parts. I think this could be useful for carefully noting how the regions interlink to each other, given that you can pull it off as much as you want.

Of course. It happened today too. I was lucky to have a lucid dream this morning and I wanted to test out if I could still appear in the same spot after some time of being awake. I was succesful. I'm not sure if it's just me because I don't think about my past dream before I head to bed. I just go to sleep.

You just described a DEILD! And yes almost all people wake up after there dreams but its very rare that they catch it they pretty much just move and go back to sleep waking up not remembering anything in the morning

Natural? Well, define natural. How do you mean that DEILDing is natural? Usually it takes me a bit of conscious effort to lay still, relax, and fall back asleep after awakening from a lucid dream to WILD back into a dream.

well I was able to DEILD in my first ever LD without even knowing what a DEILD is - I did know what an LD was, that is.
TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
      TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
