Most of the time, when I reality check in the dream, I become lucid. 90% of the time, about. I think it has to do with attentiveness in real life, and reminders before sleep. Really think about your reality check every time you perform it. Think how it would behave in a dream, and how that's different from how it acts when you are awake. Think about what it means for the reality check to be different from usual. And before you go to bed, with the intention of lucid dreaming, go over different scenarios in your head where you reality check, it performs oddly, and you realize you are dreaming. |
