      Tricks for keeping WILD on?

Hi, I have a problem. I begin to relax into a dream, and know I'm dreaming, but then something makes me forget I'm sleeping! Somehow, I forget. Been trying 2 weeks now. So, tips for keeping aware in a WILD?

PS - this should perhaps go in 'Attaining Lucidity?'

What helps for me is on one hand to be more tired. when I wake up in the night and am still very tired I wild a lot more faster, last night I switched into a dream in a under a minute.

The next thing you should do is try to forget about your real body. For doing that, try to do many things with all of your senses. Which means, do not only visualize something, but also imagine sounds and feel things. I often walk next to a wall and imagine to feel the rough surface.

With the time you will feel more and more in the dream.
There are certain things that can easily pull you out of that dream state and remember you to be in you bed, most of the time I experience it when I hear loud noises from outside my bedroom. So sleeping with earplugs may help.

      I hope I could help

Sounds more like a matter of dream stabilization than attaining actual lucidity. Have you seen the dream stabilization tutorial?

i read in 'exploring the world of lucid dreaming' that when going back to sleep tell yourself that 'when next dreaming i will recognise when im dreaming', but saying that and thinking about the actual meaning.
at the same time imagine the dream you just woke from, now imagine going back into it, but becoming lucid and doing loads off cool stuff that you want to do while lucid
