What helps for me is on one hand to be more tired. when I wake up in the night and am still very tired I wild a lot more faster, last night I switched into a dream in a under a minute. |

Sounds more like a matter of dream stabilization than attaining actual lucidity. Have you seen the dream stabilization tutorial? |

i read in 'exploring the world of lucid dreaming' that when going back to sleep tell yourself that 'when next dreaming i will recognise when im dreaming', but saying that and thinking about the actual meaning. |
